Neil is the Leader of Mercer Marsh Benefits’ Employee Health & Benefits business in Singapore. He manages an extensive portfolio of clients and focuses on helping multinational corporations manage their benefit offerings from both a local and regional perspective.
Neil’s career spans across numerous geographies including Canada, India and ASEAN countries. In his previous role with Mercer, Neil was the Retirement Leader for Asia working with corporations and governments to manage their retirement benefit obligations.
Alice Harkness, Asia Client Services Leader
Alice is the Asia Client Services Leader for Mercer Marsh Benefits, supporting the Global Benefits Management of our multinational clients. She has over 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, in both the UK and Singapore.
Alice leads a dynamic team across, HK, SG and India who are responsible for ensuring our clients deliver the most effective health and benefits plans to their employee base.
Samuel Tan, Health Consulting Leader, Mercer Marsh Benefits, Singapore
Samuel leads Mercer Marsh Benefits’ Singapore Health Consulting team. He has 10 years of experience in managing and consulting on employee health & benefits programs for clients ranging from large multinationals to emerging start-ups across different industries.
As a consultant, he’s worked with clients to co-create benefits program that promote proactive health awareness, increases employee engagement, and workplaces that support employees’ health. He’s spoken publicly on topics relating to data analytics, flexible benefits, health & wellbeing, as well as cost containment strategies.
Samuel is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and had served as chairperson for Mercer’s LGBTA PRIDE group. He is now an advisor to the PRIDE team.

With more than 30 years experience, Sek Seong’s areas of specialty include Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Information Security Management System, ICT Disaster Recovery Planning.
