Since its humble beginnings in 1978, Mercer Singapore has grown into a regionally recognized brand and a thriving organization with around 400 employees in Singapore. Mercer has been recognized for various awards through the years, including the most recent awards at Asia’s largest award show dedicated to HR service providers, HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2018 organized by Human Resources. Mercer won Best Total Rewards Consulting 2018 (Gold), Best Employee Benefits Consultancy 2018 (Gold), and Best Employee Engagement Consultancy 2018 (Silver).
“To mark the end of the year with these awards is a huge honour for us. It has been a double celebration for Mercer as they gathered key HR influencers and leaders in Singapore for their anniversary dinner celebration the day before. In the spirit of gratitude, Mercer ran their own unconventional and unique awards to recognise clients who had helped create very special memories for Mercer in Singapore. For this special occasion, they partnered with a local social enterprise, Personalised Love in support of #GivingWeekSG.
“This anniversary is a celebration of Mercer success in Singapore over the last 40 years,” commented Peta Latimer. “We could not have done it without the trust and loyalty of our clients and partners – we recognise that our success is directly linked to theirs," she said.
