Terms and conditions

Asset Manager Registration


  • For the purposes of the Forum, ‘Asset Manager’ is defined as a representative from a firm that manages assets directly and pays a registration fee to attend the forum.
  • You should be aware that Mercer's receipt of revenue from an asset manager will not result in any preferential treatment by Mercer when evaluating or recommending managers, their affiliates, products or strategies.
  • Mercer reserves the right to decline any registrations from competitors and other potential attendees that do not match the targeted audience.
  • The registration fee is US$7,500 (+7% sales tax) for each asset manager.
  • Asset Managers are limited to a maximum of three registrations per Forum regardless of whether registrations are Global Forum Subscriber or individual.
  • By registering for the Mercer Global Investment Forum, consent is given to Mercer for its disclosure of your financial institution's name to third parties for conflict of interest disclosure purposes.
  • Mercer accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions of the speakers or any other persons at the event.
  • Mercer reserves the right to make changes in the agenda or speaker roster at any time without prior notice.


Cancellation and substitution


  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to alexis.livesey@mercer.com.
  • Cancellations received on or before 20 February 2020 are refundable in full.
  • Cancellations receive after 20 February 2020 and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Substitution at no additional charge is allowed until two working days before the event. All substitutes are required to submit a revised registration form to alexis.livesey@mercer.com no later than two days before the event.

Mercer reserves the right to make changes in the agenda or speaker roster at any time without prior notice.

 

You should be aware that Mercer's receipt of revenue from an investment manager will not result in any preferential treatment by Mercer when evaluating or recommending managers, their affiliates, products or strategies.

Managers are limited to a maximum of three registrations per Forum. Each registration covers only one person and may not be split between two attendees.

 

Mercer has the right to decline any registrations received from competitors and other potential delegates that do not match the targeted audience.

 

By registering for the Mercer Global Investment Forum, consent is given to Mercer for its disclosure of your financial institution's name to third parties for conflict of interest disclosure purposes.
